HOTSTART CL models use the thermosiphon circulation method to move heated coolant without a mechanical pump, providing consistent and efficient heat transfer. This passive design promotes even heat distribution, minimizes engine wear, improves startup performance, and reduces emissions.
Built with a pressure die-cast aluminum tank, HOTSTART CL heaters offer long-term durability in demanding environments. Each heater includes a high-limit safety thermostat rated at 205°F (95°C) to ensure safe, dependable operation. These single-phase heaters support hard-wire installation using rigid or flexible conduit and are available with optional flow-through thermostat assemblies.
